    45 degrees possible the east way. Get a flat board. 1x4 (the 4 is horizontal flat on the cut surface the 1 is touching the back fence) Super glue it to the back fence of the saw. Cut a 45 both directions. 0 is now 45. Make cuts at 7.5degrees. 52.5 degrees.

    I turned one of those giant underground propane balls that are like 8 feet in diameter into a wood fueled focal point. Basically just cut three windows and welded three legs and vent holes and way to get the ash out of the bottom and then some Janky old grill racks and welded them next to each window. It was cash under the table. I never actually got to see it used because I built it for someone else using their tools and materials.

    Thank you Savvy Builds. I read in the comments that you would explain too much, but that is actually nice. If you have no idea how this works, it is very difficult. You have to know what to measure, to saw it to length I have now made 2, a smaller one from 18mm plywood, and 1 from 18mm MDF (this one with the 54 degrees). I think because MDF is nice and flat, this one is also almost really close to the sawn surfaces. Now make the 8 point star again, I also like that one. Thanks again very much.

    This is great! I watched the explanation/concept video as well. The only thing I'm worried about is clamping it too hard in the vice and squeezing the nut and affecting the diameter. But that might just be a thought and not an actual concern. What do you think? This is why I didn't like the table saw or chisel method. Setup time and getting the diameter right is a pain.

    • @savvybuilds
      @savvybuilds 16 днів тому

      Hi! Thanks for watching both vids! The nut is surprisingly rigid but if clamped hard enough it probably would flex. I had another idea to change the way it gets clamped to eliminate that issue. Just working on a final design and then I will start filming :).
